Very responsive to messages and friendly. Did not end up contracting them for my current project as I've decided to scrap the project in the end. They have been very detailed with the replies to my messages and I have found the advice provided to be not only more than useful but educational as well. I have learned a couple of new things from our chats. Although it was presented from the beginning as a very small project there wasn't any sign of them backing out from undertaking it if it were to go there. Will actually keep them in mind for when I'll need any electrical services. Highly recommend!
